  • Sleep Dart cooldown reduced from 12 seconds to 10 seconds

• Fixed a bug where Torbjorn's Overlord could be destroyed by enemy's melee attacks
• Fixed a bug where Widowmaker's grappling hook could be used to reach unintended locations
